Smt. S Rajani is a Post Graduate in Telugu Literature from Kakatiya University. She is the main force behind the successful establishment of the CITO NIDHI LIMITED (Quasi-Banking). She was also one of the promoters of The Mithra MMA Co-Operative Society and had stint as Managing Director for one year to the Society.

Smt Rajani S is daughter of Late Shri Deekonda Satyanarayana, who was a Govt. Servant, worked as Sub-Registrar and a famous personality with kind heart. She has been inspired by her father’s spirit of service motto since childhood which later came to help in succeeds in the most competitive finance business field. Even during her family & professional life as Chairman of CITO NIDHI, she has found time and energy to help poor and needy and also help promoting cultural activities. She always stands forefront in all CSR activities. As an individual, undertaken so many charitable works in the past like helping students from poor background by distributing educational help, providing zero cost financial assistance to the BPL farming community and ensure their wellbeing and basic needs, by conducting blood donation camps, health camps, helping palliative care units etc. To do this organizational level, she is going to establish CITO Charitable Trust in coming days to cater needy & downtrodden people.

Mr. Suresh

MD & CEO

The leader behind promoting and successfully establishing of CITO NIDHI LIMITED is Mr. Suresh Sabbani. The vision and hard work of Mr.Suresh has been the main force behind the successful launching of this Quasi-Banking Organization. Mr Suresh is a Commerce Post Graduate and had various banking certifications like CAIIB, IPGDRM (International PG Diploma in Risk Management). He also had various financial certifications like NCFM, IRDA, AML KYC, Trade Finance, Business Correspondence etc., He has sound banking knowledge in Products and Processes, Sales & Marketing and Branch Network Expansion.

Mr.Suresh is a seasoned Banking Professional with 22+ years Core Banking experience and a passionate business person. He had worked with State Bank, HDC Bank, ICICI Bank, RBL Bank, DCB Bank in various positions in all verticals. He has a great vision and forecast in Financial Sector. He is one of the founders & promoter of Mithra MMA Co-Op Society which is successfully spreading its wings with good customer base & business volume. With a view to reach to un-banked people he has promoted and established CITO NIDHI LIMITED (Quasi-Banking MBC) in 2018 and got license in 2019.

His vision and passion were also instrumental in the company which is being able to venture in establishing sister concerns of similar Financial Institutions like Full pledged Co-Operative Bank through separate subsidiary companies under the CITO NIDHI Group. He is also one of the directors of Amaravathi MMA Co-Op Society, a Quasi-Banking MACS.

Mr. Kuppili Adi Swarup Patnaik

Executive Director

Mr. Kuppili Adi Swarup Patnaik is a seasoned Banking Professional with a vast experience of 25+ Years in various Banks in different Cadres. He worked in all verticals in Banking and has acquired sound Banking product and process knowledge. He has good experience in Marketing & Sales, Branch Expansion, strategic Business Development.

He started his career with M/s Shriram Chits Pvt Ltd as Executive Trainee and rose upto the position of Divisional Product Manager. He also worked with Kapil Chits and M/s AMP Sanmar Life Insurance (now Reliance Life Insurance) in different cadres. Later he joined in Dhanlaxmi Bank as Junior Officer-Credit and elevated as Branch Head. He joined in Axis Bank and worked as Assistant Vice President - Operations Head - Branch Banking.

His last stint is with DCB Bank as State Head- Andhra Pradesh (Emerging Markets) and handled Emerging Branches in entire Andhrapradesh State. He turned as an entrepreneur by establishing M/s The Amaravathi Multi-purpose Mutually Aided Co-operative Society Limited (Quasi Banking Organization) & M/s Cito & Certus Advisory Services Pvt Ltd – a Corporate DSA Company which deals with all kind of Lending Business.

Mr Swarup is the Founder & CEO of Amaravathi MMACS Ltd. & Managing Director for M/s Cito & Certus Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. Mr Swarup is a Commerce Graduate and having various Banking Certificates like CAIIB, Certified SME Banker, NCFM, IRDA Certificate- Composite. He is also one of the promoters of CITO Nidhi Limited.
